Holy Edwin
Hi ya!
How is everyone this Friday? I am sitting here typing, and outside its all stormy, the lightening is going, the thunder is going the whole 9 yards! love it! Nice and cozy inside.
I would like to enter my card into the following challenges-
Midweek Magnolias- Anything goes
Simply Magnolia- Anything goes
The Ribbon Girl Blog- November colour challenge- anything goes
Time For a Magnolia Challenge- Bingo (ribbon and/or lace, Edwin or Tilda, Charm and Stars, Edwin or Tilda, Dies)
I used an oldie for this card, I love this stamp of Edwin. The image is called 'Holy Edwin' it just such a simply beautiful stamp. I coloured Edwin with Distress Inks.
The papers....well I got to admit..I didnt want to part with them they are soooo pretty!! Its the new collection from 'Riddesholm Design' and the collection is called 'Cozy Christmas'. I love the blues in this.
The dies are a mix of Sizzix, Tim Holtz, and Memory Box. I used Stampendous 'Crushed Glass' in silver on the 25.
The stars across the top are cut from the gorgeous paler blue in the collection. The stars down the side have Perfect Pearls dotted on them.
The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the lace and the blue frosted apples are from Live and Love Crafts as is the rusted holy berries charm, which is nestled in the flowers. I used pearl stars also from Live and Love crafts.
On the inside I used a Memory Box die to continue the star theme.
Hope you have a great weekend!
