Golden Angel
Hi again!
Im on a roll today! hehe! So this is a card ive been thinking about for a while and finally found the papers that suited it- a gold shimmer/glittery card.
I am entering my card in the following challenges-
Diva's by design - Pretty in Glitter
Magnolia Forever Challenge Blog -Monochrome
Magnolia Mania - Tic, Tac, Toe ( Diecuts ,pearls, embossing)
Marvelous Magnolia Challenge Blog - Layered up (7 layers in total)
Time for a Magnolia Challenge Christmas -Inspired by a song -''Hark the heaven angels sing'
Tilda's Town Neighborhood Challenge - Clean and Layered
Magnolia- Licious - Monochromatic
So this time I went for a bit of a clean and simple, which isnt my usual style but hey i keep trying lol! I used DP from the Kaisercraft collection 'St Nicholas'- this pad has beautiful glitter rich gold metallic papers in it and was just what i was looking for. I coloured my little Tilda image with Copics. I used 6 layers in total- 2 DPs, 1 gold jute, 1 gold mesh, 1 white card stock, 1 large doliy, and 1 gold ribbon.Phew!
I used aged gold fran-tage around the main image, i LOVE that stuff! I used a die from La La Land Crafts and stamped a sentiment on from here also. I edged this with DI 'Scattered Straw' to keep with the gold theme. I dded some gold rhinestones to the sentiment banner. I then added some pearls to the top right corners and a gold bow to the top left.
Hope you like my card.

Monochrome Christmas
Hiya guys,
Well wow what a week its been here- Bush fires raging- thankfully all is well now and no one was hurt.
So I am here today with one of many Christmas cards that will no doubt be following in the next few weeks, yep its that time of year again where us lot are frantically making our Christmas cards. But have to say i do love making them.
So I am entering my cards in the following challenges-
Dutch Magnolia Lovers - Anything goes (last challenge *sniff*)
Magnolia Mania - Tic, Tac, Toe (Die cuts, Pearls and Embossing/ Embossing, flowers, Sentiment)
Marvelous Magnolia Challenge Blog- Layered up
Simply Magnolia - Anything goes
Time for a Magnolia Challenge - Christmas challenge- Inspired by a song ( Silent Night)
Tilda's Town Neighbourhood Challenge - Fussy and fancy or clean and layered
So for this card i was feeling very festive! I loved the old vintage style of the browns and reds and this is the monochrome look i went for. The song that this was inspired by was 'Silent Night' as i remember from back home in England that quietness of the snow and the Salvation Army being out under the lamppost singing. It was so quiet apart from the the musical instruments and Silent night was always one that they started with. So i used Snow Tex to get the snow effect that Tilda is standing on and the snow falling round her. I used Magnolia's lamppost die to recreate this image that I have. I used Magnolia Christmas tree dies and added gold perfect pearls to them.
The flowers are a mix of WOC and Kaisercraft, I used Jute red ribbon behind the main image. I also used a lace die from Magnolia which you can see peeping out the left hand side. I also used the fab Tim Holtz die of a clock and that was placed behind the image.
The DPs are from the fabby Maja. I coloured Tilda with Copics. The snowflakes are a Martha Steward punch. The sentiment is from Whimsy.
Hope you like my card.

Tilda in Autumn colours
Good morning from a very windy Pilbara! wow its really blowing a gale.
I am here today with a card that I am entering in the following challenges-
A Creative Romance - Anything goes
The ABC Challenge blog - Tic, Tac, Toe ( lines- ribbon, sentiment, pearls or gems/flowers, lace, die or punch/Doliy, pearls or gems, dies or punches)
Creative Inspirations - Going dotty (I used dots for Tilda's hair)
Midweek Magnolias - Autumn/ Fall
Simply Magnolia - Anything goes
So I used the gorgeous Tilda in Ballet shoes. She really is one of my fave stamps. I coloured Tilda with Copics, I just love this green combo so vibrant and bright. I used a blush colour card stock as the two colours are defo the autumns i remember back in England. I used DPs from Kaisercraft's collection ' Curiosity' and this has the gorgeous deep reds, oranges, greens and browns that we all think of as autumn. The Flowers are from WOC and Kaisercraft, the sentiment is from La La Land Crafts as is the banner die that it is stamped on. The butterfly die is from Magnolia and the body of the card was created by using a Go Kreate die. The little tabs on the right hand side of the card are made from a Tim Holtz die.
I used some cheesecloth and a Martha Steward doily behind the main image. I added some lace from my stash and some light green ribbon. Also, behind the flowers you will see some green ghost leaves. I used a Pin from Prima. The pearls and the gems are from Kaisercraft and the sparklet in the middle of Tilda's hairband is from Kaisercraft also. Finally, to finish off i added a Prima zipper embellie to the flowers.
Hope you like her.

Metallic Steampunk Corrine
Good afternoon!
I am here with a bit of steam punk for you guys. Havent done this for a while so really enjoyed the change.
I am entering my card in the following challenge-
Simply Steampunk - Heavy Metal Halloween
Now I used the Steampunked image of Corrine for this challenge. She is dressed up as a futuristic warrior and has just the cutest costume- doesnt she look ready for her Halloween party!
I used the DP from Kaisercrafts 'Basecoat' as this had metal style papers in it. I also used some of the shiny silver metal paper which is embossed. I love this paper, dont get to use it much but couldnt resist for this as it tied in lovely with the metal theme. The image is coloured with Copic 'W' and 'C' pens and around it I used 'Aged Silver' Fran-tage.
My die cut is from the Tim Holtz range. I used a metal corner embellie, a Tim Holtz broze tassel and a charm in the shape of a clock- i thought this was cute and very steampunk. To finish off I added some cheesecloth behind for some texture and a strip of Tim Holtz film reel ribbon.
Hope you like her! Happy haunting!

Back in time with black and white
Morning !
Hope everyone is well. I am here today with a black and white card. Not something I do very often! For this card I was imagining the golden era of the 1920's, with the awesome glamour and luxury of the time.
I am entering this card in the following challenge-
Magnolia Down Under Challenges- Black and white only
The image i used with one of my fave Magnolias ever- Tilda in her evening dress holding a cocktail glass. She just reminds me of old style glamour. LOVE IT! The DP's are from Kaisercraft's collection 'Art of Life' its a beautiful vintage paper pad, and has the tea stained look to it but also the most beautiful rich black papers. I also used a piece of card stock which was cut and embossed with ribbons. I edged this and the main image with DI 'Iced Spruce'. The lace is from a shop i popped into (and had to be dragged out of!) while we were in the city. I love the black lace its just so beautiful and shiny. I used some grey ribbon to edge the bottom of the card. The feather is from my stash and the flowers are from WOC. I used a tassel I found in the same shop as the lace. The sentiment is from LOTV. I added some fran-tage round the main image- both shabby white and aged silver- I might have got carried away here lol.
The image is coloured in Copic 'T' numbers.
The die is from Magnolia and I used the outside of the large doily die to frame Tilda. The butterfly is from Prima.
I hope you like my card.

Hi all
I am here today with a card that has a total cutie on it. She is from LOTV. I am entering her in the following-
LOTV 's ideas to inspire - Pretty papers.
So for this little lady i picked DPs from LOTV and i used two different pads- Promises Solids and Timeless Victorian. Both have beautiful vintage colours in and thats right up my street. I went for the purple and turquoise as its a combo that pops. I coloured the little cutie in copics. The lace is from my stash. I used flowers from WOC and Kaisercraft. The die cut is from Magnolia. I used shabby green Fran-tage around the main image. The beaded twirl and purple berries are from WOC also.
The sentiment for me is perfect as every little girl plays dress up and wants to be grown up so believe in your dreams i thought suited her. To finish off i used a sparklet from Kaisercraft on the middle of the bow.

I love the combination of rich oranges and greens, its one of my fave colour combos. I and think that red hair suits Annabelle in this image. She is coloured with Copics
Now my fake sewing is on the top and the bottom of the cards. I ran my sew easy to puncture holes and used a black pen to create hoop like stitches. Gotta admit this was a hard one for me lol. I used a mix of flowers from WOC and Kaisercraft and lace from the shop above (Awesome collection Sandy!)
The sentiment is from La La Land Crafts and is very true.
I added a few pearl rhinestones to finish off.
