Christmas behind every door
Hi guys!
hope we are all well and going good this Thursday?
I am here with a *whispers* Christmas card...yes I know I know...but its coming fast crafters and we know what the Christmas cards do to us!!
I would like to enter my card into the following challenges-
The official Magnolia Inspiration and Challenge blog - Christmas in August
The Alphabet Challenge blog - 'J' is for Joy or Joy fold card
Simply Magnolia Challenge blog - Anything goes with the option of a sentiment
Sweet Stampers challenge blog- Dies and/or punches
International Art and Soul- Embossing heat or dry
So this style of card is a a feature for my Christmas cards this year. Its actually a die that came with a magazine and its made my life sooooo much easier in the posting dept. It folds down flat! yes FLAT!!!!!! no more wrestling into the envelopes!!!
I used a Tilda from a Christmas collection a few back and i think she is called 'Tilda in button down coat' i cannot for life of me remember.
I coloured Tilda with Distress inks. I used papers from Maja Design 'Christmas season ' which I think out of all the Christmas papers Maja have done this has to be my fave.
Now the door....this is from Lawn Fawn and I couldnt resist. It such a fab little die isnt it and perfect for Christmas.
The other dies are all Magnolia except for the little holly spring on the front of the door which is from Impression Obsession.
I used a Cuttlebug Embossing folder on the Magnolia Poinsettia die and then sprayed these with Tattered Angels Glimmer mist in silver. Once dry I curled them and dabbed some Nuvu silver mousse on them to add a little glimmer.
Hope you have a fab week.

always time for tea
Hi!
hope we are all well.
Here things have been good. Summer has definitely kicked into gear and we have had some crazy hot days. Too hot to be blogging and not making most of the sun. So today when things are quiet and a bit cooler I am finally back to blog! woohoo!
This card was made for my gorgeous best friend who shares my love of tea. Yes im a committed tea drinker. I dont drink coffee, think i can count on one hand how many lattes I have a year but tea is my thing and I enjoy keeping my commitment up!!
For this card I used the awesome Grand Dome die from the Becca Feeken collection for Spellbinders. Its such a fabulous die and you will be seeing a lot of it and the rest of the collection this year!
I used Tilda from the Wonderland collection. When I saw her I just had to have her!!! Love this collection!!! I coloured Tilda with Distress inks.
The papers....oh the papers!!! They are from Couture Creations 'Enchanted Tea Party' and I will confess I have bought a lot of this collection. I just love it!!!
The dies are from Magnolia and I wanted a kind of enchanted garden feel. The Time for tea sign on the bottom right hand corner is from the paper collection.
Hope you have a great weekend.

Happy New Year everyone!
Did everyone have a great Christmas and New Year? We had a lovely relaxed on, weather was fabulous (unlike today booo!!!) and it was lovely.
I am back with a new card to start this year off... I would like to enter it into the following challenges-

Sweet Stampers Challenge blog -Anything goes
So this card was made for my good friend who was moving into there very own first house...big year for her as her baby is due any moment so they got moved in end of Oct and got set up just in time.
This card I decided to make a spinner card. I also decided to not add an image to the card (!!!) i know!! big for me! I went for dies only.
I used Magnolia dies on the card and for the centre cut I used a Spellbinders die. The little house is just adorable and came from one of their Christmas releases , think it was last year.
The papers are from Crafteezee and a company called Crafts and You. The lace and the gorgeous pink tutu is also from here. The flowers are from my stash.
I couldnt resist using the Magnolia fence post as a For Sale/Sold sign.
Finally, it had to be added...the cute as a button key dies from Magnolia...the little one is just so sweet.
Hope you have a great week and a very Happy 2019...with lots of crafting!
