the bunny is on his way....

Happy Friday peoples!

Now can you believe Easter is literally just round the corner. Heck this year is speeding by. Today's card is an interactive card, always a lot of fun to make but the best part is seeing peoples faces when they realise that an element moves.

I would like to enter the following challenges-

Alphabet Challenge blog- 'B' is for bunnies!
All about Magnolia Challenge blog- All about Easter/Spring
Craft Heaven Inspiration and Challenge blog- Keep calm and love Spring
Deep Ocean Challenge blog- Spring
Fussy and Fancy Friday challenge blog- Embellish it
lovely hAnglar or Sweet Magnolia - Anything goes
Magnolia Forever - Spring
Marvelous Magnolia Challenge blog- Flowers
Magnolia-licious Challenge blog- Anything goes with the option of metal

Sooo for this card and with Easter and Spring (autumn here but i still think spring is this time of year lol!) i could not resist using Little Hoppy again. Front and centre this time. He looks so peaceful and happy. I coloured Hoppy with Distress Inks. The papers are from the ever fabulous Pion Design.

Now for the interactive part. This is a super cool die from My Favourite Things Surf and Turf die. This allows you to make things move on the I used it to make Hoppy spring along and over a fence lol. Its such a cool die and I feel this might be getting used a whole lot more- be warned!!!

The die cuts are all from Magnolia bar the ivy die climbing up the side which is from Noor! Design UK as is the 'Happt Spring' die cut.

The lace along the die at the bottom of the card is from my local haberdashery shop.

The flowers are divine and are a mix from Noor!Design UK  and Wild Orchid Crafts.

To finish off I added the new awesome Nuvo crystal drops, just dotted around on the leaves and die cuts and a metal charm of a hummingbird.

Hope you have a great weekend.

a hug like card

Hi all!

Well its been a busy two weeks here...we have been dog sitting. A lovely little Pomeranian chap. Such a good boy and lots and lots of fun and cuddles was happening. He loved being in the craft room and had a good look into everything.

Today I would like to enter my card into the following challenges-

lovely hAnglar or Sweet Magnolias- Anything goes
Deep Ocean Challenge blog- Flowers
Marvelous Magnolia Challenge blog - Flowers
Magnolia-licious challenge blog- Anything goes
Simply Magnolia Challenge blog- Ribbon

Well its been a while since I made this kinda card and I forgot how much fun these are. These are Criss Cross card and can be found at this link.

Now for this card I used two Tilda's one from the new collection 'Will you have dinner with me' Tilda and Sakura Tilda from a collection a few year back. These are both coloured with Distress Inks. The papers, well these are a retro collection from a few years ago from Kaisercraft, called The Lake House. Yes I am a paper hoarder!!!

I used flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts. The edging on the card is cut from a Magnolia Die.

So the card opens up I used some Velcro so you can stand the card up and see the message when placed in.

The pearl brads are from Kaisercraft.

Hope you have a great week ahead.
