Well happy Friday!
Can you believe that next week is the first of December!!! WOW this year has just gone in a blink of an eye!!! So of course the tree shall be going up and this will be our first Christmas in our new house!!
I would like to enter my card into the following challenges -
Fussy and Fancy Friday Challenge- Different folds/shape cards
Simply Magnolia- Vintage
Magnolia-licious- Anything goes
Marvelous Magnolia Challenge blog- Anything goes
Midweek Magnolias- Anything goes
For this card I wanted to try something different. I had seen a fabulous card on Pinterest and love the idea of the hidden/disappearing image. So the tutorial I used for the card is from the fabulous Norma at Splitcoast Stampers Peek-a-boo card Tutorial.
I used the images of Tilda and her cute Polar bear friend. This Tilda is called 'Cosy Tilda' and is from a Christmas release a year or so back. I coloured both Tilda and her polar bear friend with Distress inks.
The papers are from Pion Design last years Christmas release. I got to admit I do love this paper esp because of the little gnome fellow in it! He is just adorable!
Now the dies I used are Spellbinders for the main view finder part of the card. Around the edge of these I used a Memory Box stitched die.
The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts. I also used a diamond pin from here and the ghost leaves too. The bling in the bottom corner is from Noor! design UK as is the structure paint and the stencil used to create the embossed snowflakes.
The die cuts that edge the layer on the front of the card and the flowers are both from Magnolia.
Have a great weekend!

Midweek Magnolias- Winter
Deep Ocean Challenge blog- Die cuts and/or punches
Noor! Design UK challenge blog- Winter
Marvelous Magnolia challeng blog- Anything goes
lovely hAnglar or Sweet Magnolia- Snow/glitter
Fot this card I used my fave Tilda from last years collection....Tilda with snowman. I love her little poncho! She s just adorable. For the images inside I used two of the cutest animal stamps Magnolia have done along with the Christmas lantern and of course some presents! I coloured all the image with Distress Inks.
The papers are from the gorgeous Pion Design...I adore this little gnome they have on this collection! I just love a gnome!!!
Now, for the sparkle....I used the structure paste from Dutch Doobadoo which you can get from Noor! Design UK and to make is glimmer like snow I added some holographic embossing powder. I LOVE structure past its the best thing EVER!!!!!! To add more sparkle I popped some glitter glue on the band that wraps around the card. Also I used the structure paste on Tilda's hat and added the embossing powder to that also.
The die used on the front of the card is from LDRS and this plus the icicle die used can all be found at Noor Design at the link above.
The sentiment inside is from the Pion papers and perfect as this card is going to a good friend back in England. I popped some frosty blue pearls on the inside and also on Tilda's buttons and also for earrings.
The Merry Christmas sentiment is from Lili of the Valley.
To finish off I added a little penguin charm.
Hope you have a great day.

Twist and Pop for Christmas
Hi
I am here today with a card that I had been wanting to try for a while and finally got round to doing it! Its a twist and pop card and the tutorial is from the Kaisercraft blog and its so simple yet effective...ive added the link below.
Kaisercraft Blog Twist and Pop card
I would like to enter my card into the following challenges-
Magnolia-licious Challenge blog- Mini challenge
Midweek Magnolias- Anything goes with a Magnolia image
Noor! Design UK challenge blog- CAS or fully loaded
Now Although there is a regular size Tilda on the front of the as I tried a mini and she looked a bit lost but on the inside there are four mini Magnolia stamps which I just think are the cutest...esp that front door scene.
I colored all the images with Distress inks. The papers are Maja Design from last years Christmas release. The band around the middle of the card is held in place by some velcro. I used a Spellbinders stocking die for the socks on the front of the ban. The mini string of socks on the inside is from Noor!Design UK. The gold sparkly paper is from my local craft shop.
On the front of the card I added some structure paste and a snowflake stencil (new addiction!), which can also be found at Noor! design and I sprinkled this when wet with some holographic embossing powder. Behind the main image you can see a LDRS die which is one of my fave dies to use.
To hold the stockings on the front in place I added some rhinestone brads and I like these as they allow movement which looks like the stockings are swining.
On all the images I added some glitter glue as sparkle is always needed and esp at Christmas!
To finish off I added a stocking charm.
Hope you have a great week.

So for this card I used the cute stamps of 'Tilda an Peanut' an oldie but a goodie. I love this stamp as some of you will know that we have a hermit crab called Peanut and he is the the littlest dude but such a character!
I colored Tilda with Distress Inks. The papers are from Maja Design 'Walk in the Forest'. All the dies are from Magnolia, the die club. I love the leaves and made these 3d with mounting tape. I edged the image, papers and the die cuts with Distress Ink 'Vintage Photo'.
The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts. I never thought that coral flowers and green would go well together but they kinda pop off each other!
The sentiment inside the card is from Lili of the Valley.

Book of spells..
Happy first of the month people!
Wow can you please it is October! where this year has gone I have no idea, in a blur of packing boxes and paper I think!
So I would like to enter my card into the following challenges-
lovely hAnglar or Sweet Magnolia- Anything goes
Magnolia-Licious Challenge blog- Halloween challenge
Midweek Magnolias- Anything goes with a Magnolia image
Deep Ocean Challenge blog- Anything goes
Paradise of Magnolia- Sprakle and Shine
For this card I used the fabulous Wizard Tilda, she is just the best and I love her to bits. Defo another fave of mine there! I coloured Tilda with Distress Inks. The papers are an older Graphic 45 collection and still I love them...none really does steampunk and Halloween like Graphic 45.
The dies...oh the dies...how I do love dies! Right, well the shape of the card is my usual, Go Kreate shape. The spiders web and the chicken wire are both from the Magnolia Die club. The Book at the bottom is also from a Magnolia die club and which witch is without her book of spells...you can even see pages from Tilda's spell book around her so you can see what potion she is making up!
The bats are from La La Land Crafts and I sprayed these little guys with glimmer mist.
The sentiment and the books flying round Tilda (dont think her spell is going quite to plan!) are all from the awesome Kraftin'Kimmie Stamps, as is the little guy stamped inside.
The hat and the witches washing line are dies from Impression Obsession. I love this washing line! These are also coated in glimmer mist.
I edged the die cuts with Distress Inks 'Vintage Photo'.
Behind the spiders web I popped some cheese cloth to add to the web effect.
The book I just pasted on one of the tags from the paper pad to make Tilda a spell book. On that I popped some specs.
On the books, the stars and her trail left by the stars from Tilda's spell I used gold and fairy dust glitter glue.
Hope you have a great weekend.

Once upon a time....
Hi
Today I am here with a fairy tale themed card. Again I have tried my hand at just using dies....not as easy as one first thought!!!
I would like to enter my card into the following challenges-
lovely hAnglar or Sweet Magnolia- Anything goes
Deep Ocean Challenge blog- Anything goes
Magnolia Forever - Monochrome
Paradise of Magnolia- Sparkle and Shine
Paradise of Stamps- Fairy
Noor! Design UK challenge blog- Flowers and Lace
The papers that I used for this card are some of my fave papers that Pion have ever done, the Paris Flea Market. They are so versatile yet delicate and beautiful. I thought that they were perfect for a fairy tale card, all that dreamy pink!
On the darker pink die cut that the castle is on I embossed it with a heart embossing folder from Cuttlebug.
The dies I used are all Magnolia except for the shape of the card which is from Go Kreate. On the castle I used some crackle paint in 'Rock Candy' from the Distress Ink range. I sprayed the die cuts with glimmer mist and edged them with Distress Ink 'Vintage Photo' to make them stand out. I think it works great on the cat! I kinda imagined the cat to be like Salam from Sabrina the Teenage witch! This cat even has glittery whiskers!
I used flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts as are the moon stone brads.
The sentiment is from Magnolia also. On the sign post die I added mini alphas to read 'Fairy tale'
The resin corner is from Prima and can be found at Live and Love Crafts.
Every fairy tale needs bling so I added some rhinestones to the castle and the sign post.x
The lace trim is from Noor! Design Uk and I love the girly-ness of this trim!
To finish of I added a charm of the ultimate fairy...tinkerbell!
Hope you have a magical week ahead!
