And the Prize is;

As you can see I went with a blue colour combo for this card. I decided that I would do a flight scene so here you can see I have used Air hostess Tilda and Pilot Edwin...who are waiting for you to join them and give them your tickets!

I used Bazzill card stock for the main body of the card and the DP are from Paper house and Paper Pizazz. The close up of the paper will show you that I used a cloud print selection. I wanted to keep this as clean and simple as possible. So the flowers are from WOC and the die cut is from Gallivant. I used La La Land Craft's Passport stamp and map. I added a postcard charm to the very bottom.

Again, I coloured my image in Copics- here is my combo-

Skin (both) YR000, E21, R01, R30, R81
Tilda- B93, 95, 97, R43
Hair (T) E50, YR31, E33, 31
Trolly- W0,1,2,5
Edwin- C1,3,5,7,W1,2
Hair(E) YR31,E33

I used the Magnolia ink Ticket stamp which I coloured in BG10,B00,BG15

Ying's Choice-Auntum Vintage- Guest Designer Magnolia Down Under Challenge Blog

Hi gang!

Well this is my final week at GDT with the awesome Magnolia Down Under Challenge Blog and the final challenge for me was Ying's choice and she picked 'Autumn Vintage'.. such  cool challenge!

Fall button

I am also entering this card in;

 Midweek Magnolias - lots of lovely layers

So for this card I used two different colour basic card stocks from Kaisercraft- Toffee for the actual body of the card, and then for the first layer Spiced Pumpkin. There is also a Fern thrown in there at the bottom for the grass. The DP are from Magnolia, the 'Turning leaves' collection in Vintage corn, to tie in with the theme this week. I used Tilda with Corn for the main image. She is very cute and rustic looking in her dress and tank top.

I coloured Tilda with Copics, here is my combo:

Skin-E50, 51, 53, 93
Hair- E50, YR21, E33, E55, E35
Dress- YR00, 02, 15, 04, 07, 68
Tank- YG03, 06
Corn- Y38 and Sakura Gelly Rolls green- this has glitter particles and twinkles.
Boots- E50, 43, 33, 35

I used the following dies- Lifestyle crafts for the main body of the card, Magnolia Doo Hickeys in flat, View finder, LLLC grass and heart fence. I used Spiced Pumpkin, Toffee and Fern for these to keep the colour combo the Autumn colour.

For embellies I used Split Pea coloured Rhinestones from Kaisercraft, Copper half pearls also from Kaisercraft. I used flowers from Kaisercraft, Berries from WOC, and some ghost leaves also from WOC. Behind the main image you can see some gold glitter mesh ribbon from my Christmas stash. I also added some tea coloured lace from my stash to the bottom of the card. On top of this was some Bright orange ribbon from Kaisercraft. This matched lovely with the Magnolia DP with the corn on it. I then added some Rhinestones to the top of the card in Split pea again and also to some of the ghost leaves. I finished off by adding a charm in the shape of a maple leaf.

I hope you have enjoyed my month at GDT!

Thanks for having me MDUC!!! Loved it!

a bit of red and white

well I thought I would do something bright and cheerful as we have such a grey day here in the Pilbara. So my colour scheme is red and white. I love the fresh crisp feel of the white against the bright red. such a lovely combo.

I will be entering my card in the following challenges-

Midweek Magnolia- Lots of layers
Deep Ocean Challenge Blog- Button up
Tilda's Town Challenge Blog- Bling

So for this card I used one of my new stamps, miss Tilda sewing. Isnt she cute! I used Kaisercraft and Bazzill bling card stock for this card. I used Maja DP for the striped paper. I layered each piece of coloured card with white as I love the way it edges it.

Tilda is coloured using Distress inks- here is my combo;

Skin- Tattered Rose/Tea dye/Worn lipstick/ Spun sugar
Hair- Antique Linen/Vintage Photo
Dress- Fired brick/festive berries
Blanket- Shabby shutters/festive berries/ old paper
Needle- Pumice stone
Aura- Broken China

I used WOC flowers around the edge. The buttons are dotted in with the flowers and the bow is also a button. I used some lace from LLC and same for the ribbon.

I added sparklets, and rhinestones to the edge of the card to make it sparkle along with a kiasercraft rhinestone flourish and some Stickles in 'Fairy Dust'. The red ghost leaf is from Prima.

The closet thing I could find to a need was the Tim Holtz pen nibs! So that is nestled in with the flowers.

My sentiment is a spin on the 'so in love' but since Tilda is sewing I used that version of the word 'Sew in love'. I used a Magnolia Doohickey die for the shape and lined with red Bazzill card once again.

I hope you like my card!

Hi blogland! Well this is my first post as GDT at Magnolia Down Under Challenge Blog! Super excited!!! So this weeks challenge is a goodie! Lori's choice, which is 'Blue, Brown and White'.

So for this I used this super cute Edwin stamp. I used Kaisercraft Chocolcate cardstock for the body. The DP are from Maja Design 'Life by the Sea'. Perfect for little Edwin. I used Lace in this tea/brown colour from my stash. A white doily from my local shop, placed behind Edwin. As you can see I used some cheesecloth on the card, this reminded me of fishing nets.  Also I used a blue bow from Papermania, some sparklets from Kaisercraft in Royal Blue. I have a brown tag from Kaisercraft in which I used Prima Firefly letters in blue and added an anchor charm. This charm is the first of two, the second is a ships wheel on some garden twine. The flowers are from WOC.

I coloured Edwin with Copics, here is the combo I used-

Skin- YR000, E21 R20, R01, R30
Hair- E35, E31, E57
