GDT for Paradise of Magnolia

Hi all

I am here today with a post as Guest Designer at Paradise of Magnolia and the challenge this time is a fave 'Flowers' and we all love our flowers dont we!!

For this card I used 'Tilda binding flowers' she is a kinda boho chic hippy chick to me. I think she looks gorgeous with her long hair and festival ready with her flower hair band.

I used papers from Maja Design 'Vintage Autumn basics' and as I dont really do a lot of purple I thought that this might give me a bit of a challenge. I coloured Tilda in Distress inks and to get the shade I wanted I mixed Aged Mahogany with Wild Violet.

The flowers are all from Wild Orchid Crafts and I love these poppies. The brads are from my stash as is the grey lace and the purple ribbon.

The pearl pin is from Noor! Design UK and the metal corner is also from my stash.

Hope you can pop across and join us.

Have a fab week.

GDT at Fussy and Fancy Friday Challenge

hey!

I am here today with my Guest Designer post for Fussy and Fancy Friday Challenge blog and the challenge there this time round is 'Pink, Pearls and Posies' cute eh!

I would also like to enter my card in the following challenges-

lovely hAnglar or sweet magnolia- Anything goes
In the Pink challenge blog- Razzle Dazzle
Midweek Magnolias Challenge blog- Anything goes with a Magnolia Image
Magnolia-Licious Challenge blog- Anything goes with the option of Summer

I used butterfly Tilda for this card. She is an older one but I just love her. Love her little flower dress! I coloured Tilda with Distress inks. The papers are from Pion Design 'Vintage Flea Market' perfect for this challenge with the gorgeous pinks.

The dies....the die that Tilda is stamped on and behind her is from Little Darlings Rubber stamps and can be found at Noor!Design UK.  The rest of the dies are from Magnolia except for the tiny tags with the rhinestone brads, they are from a Tim Holtz die.

The pearl string around the image is also from Noor!Design UK. The flowers..the main large one is from Magnolia, the long pink and cream flowers are from Prima,  and the rest are from Wild Orchid Crafts. The pin is also from Noor!Design.

On Tilda's wings I used clear Wink of Stella glitter pens. On the fussy cut butterflies, from the Pion collection, I sprayed them with Tattered Angels glimmer mist. To add to the pearl theme I added bronze pearl hearts around her and a pink heart to her hairband.

Hope you like her and can hop across and join us in this challenge.

Have a awesome week.

I coloured Tilda with Distress inks. The papers are from one of my fave collections that I seems to go to for everything at the mo and thats 'The songbirds secret' from Pion Design. I love the green and yellow tones in this collection.

The dies...well the body of the card is from a Go Kreate die. The rest of the dies are from the gorgeous Magnolia.

The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts. Arent these sunflowers just awesome!!!! The pin is from Noor! Design UK as is the pearl trim along the bottom.

I added some Nuvo crystal drops to the image for Tilda hair bobbles and dotted some on the die cut leaves.

Hope you can play along with us at Marvelous Magnolias.
